Can I download and host Codegiant on my own servers?
Due to our rapid release cycle we are unable to offer a self-hosted version of Codegiant. If you are worried about security, we offer companies a network peered version of Codegiant.
Do you store my credit card information?
Subscriptions and payment are handled by Stripe. Codegiant does not store credit card information. Only subscription related information is sent to Stripe.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.
Do I need to enter my credit card for the Team plan?
Because this is an advanced AI builder with high accuracy, we require credit card details at signup for the Team plan.
Am I charged when I enter a credit card?
No -- when you enter a card, we only verify the card. Your card is charged at the end of the billing cycle.
How do user licenses work?
User licenses are based on the pricing tier that you purchase. When you remove or add users to your account, your bill will change to reflect the pricing plan that you are on.
